FORMAT ... is an emerging Rock Band born in Carloforte (Isola S. Pietro) in September 2010.

The first steps of the musical project are moved by Salvatore Damico (guitar-voice) and Raffaele Parodo (guitar-voice), veterans of a formation active in the 90s with a repertoire of various grunge and hard-rock covers.

The musical partnership of the two leads to involve Luca Farris on drums, also a former member of the old band, in the new project. The trio resumes making music together, laying the foundations for the production of self-composed songs and in the meantime engages in the careful search for a bass player.

Research that ends with the arrival of Emanuele Puggioni.

This line-up remains active until 2016, when due to different visions on how to carry out the FORMAT project, drummer Luca Farris and bassist Emanuele Puggioni decide to leave the band.

After a very brief moment of stalemate, Francesco Grosso on drums and Giuseppe Ferraro on bass join the Format.

The current line-up changes with the release of the drummer francesco grosso and the shift of parodo raffaele from guitar to drums. at the moment as an exclusive interest the one aimed at the composition of their songs.

Biting and direct sounds that do not disdain punk and metal nuances are mixed with more velvety and harmonic melodies.

These are the FORMAT!
